Warehouse Status Codes

The first column of each record in a Warehouse File indicates the interview’s status.

Warehouse Status Code complete

Status Code Icons and Descriptions

Complete, Incomplete, and Empty

  • Warehouse Status Code CompleteComplete: A completed interview (where none of the below status apply)
  • Warehouse Status Code IncompleteIncomplete: An interview that was terminated before completion
  • Warehouse Status Code EmptyEmpty: An empty interview

Deleted

  • Warehouse Status Code DeletedDeleted (Complete): A complete interview that has been deleted but not removed from a Warehouse File
  • Warehouse Status Code DeletedDeleted (Incomplete): An incomplete interview that has been deleted but not removed from a Warehouse File
  • Warehouse Status Code DeletedDeleted (Resumed Later): An interrupted CAPI or ACASI interview in the Local Warehouse as it was at the time of the interruption that has been deleted but not removed

Duplicate

  • Warehouse Status Code duplicateDuplicate (Complete): A complete interview that shares the same Identifier Variable(s) with another interview
  • Warehouse Status Code duplicateDuplicate (Incomplete): An incomplete interview that shares the same Identifier Variable(s) with another interview
  • Warehouse Status Code duplicateDuplicate (Resumed Later): A resumed interview that shares the same Identifier Variable(s) with another interview as it was at the time of the interruption

Resumed Later: Deleted, Complete, and Incomplete

  • Warehouse Status Code Deleted Resumed Later: An interrupted CAPI or ACASI interview in the Source Data file as it was at the time of the interruption
  • Warehouse Status Code Complete Resumed Later (Complete): A Web interview that was interrupted, resumed and completed.
  • Warehouse Status Code Incomplete Resumed Later (Incomplete): A Web interview that was interrupted, and resumed but not completed.

Shipped

  • Warehouse Status Code ShippedShipped (Complete): A complete interview that was transferred to a QDS Shipment File (*.QTD)
  • Warehouse Status Code Shipped Shipped (Incomplete): An incomplete interview that was transferred to a QDS Shipment File (*.QTD)
  • Warehouse Status Code Shipped Shipped (Resumed Later): A resumed CAPI or ACASI interview as it was at the time of the interruption that was transferred to a QDS Shipment File (*.QTD)

Transferred

  • Warehouse Status Code TransferredTransferred (Complete): A complete interview that has been copied to another QDS Warehouse File
  • Warehouse Status Code TransferredTransferred (Incomplete): An incomplete interview that has been copied to another QDS Warehouse File
  • Warehouse Status Code TransferredTransferred (Resumed Later): A resumed CAPI or ACASI interview as it was at the time of the interruption that has been copied to another QDS Warehouse File

Changed

  • Warehouse Status Code ChangedChanged (Complete) : A resumed complete interview in a Source Data File that was changed after being transferred or shipped
  • Warehouse Status Code ChangedChanged (Incomplete): A resumed incomplete interview in a Source Data File that was changed after being transferred or shipped

Locked

  • Warehouse Status Code LockedLocked: An ACASI, CAPI or Data Entry interview that has been locked with a Read Password

Unverified

  • Warehouse Status Code UnverifiedUnverified: A Data Entry Module interview that was keyed, but not verified
